We are dedicated to serving customers across the United States. Currently, our shipping services are limited to all addresses within the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days upon successful payment verification. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
  • In cases of high – volume sales, customized orders, or complex payment verifications, the processing time may be extended up to 5 business days. We will notify you via email if there are any significant delays in processing your order.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

3.1 Standard Shipping

  • We collaborate with reliable shipping carriers such as USPS (United States Postal Service), UPS (United Parcel Service), and FedEx (Federal Express) to offer standard shipping services.
  • With standard shipping, you can expect your order to be delivered within 3 – 7 business days after the order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary based on your location within the United States. Rural or remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

3.2 Expedited Shipping

  • For those who need their orders more quickly, we offer expedited shipping. This service is also provided through UPS or FedEx.
  • Expedited shipping typically ensures delivery within 2 – 3 business days after the order has been shipped. However, please note that this is an estimated time and can be affected by factors such as shipping carrier operations, weather conditions, and unforeseen events.

3.3 Express Shipping

  • If you require the fastest possible delivery, we provide express shipping via FedEx or UPS.
  • Express shipping usually guarantees delivery within 1 – 2 business days after the order has been dispatched. Nevertheless, actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier’s schedule and the destination.

4. Shipping Costs

4.1 Standard Shipping

  • For orders with a total value less than $50, a standard shipping fee of $8 will be charged.
  • Orders with a total value of $50 or more are eligible for free standard shipping.

4.2 Expedited Shipping

  • The cost of expedited shipping is calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination. During the checkout process, the system will automatically calculate and display the exact expedited shipping fee. Generally, it ranges from $12 – $25.

4.3 Express Shipping

  • Express shipping fees are determined by the package weight and the distance to the destination. This fee usually ranges from $25 – $40. You will be able to view the express shipping cost clearly during the checkout process.

5. Shipping Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number.
  • You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the official website of the respective shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

6. Delivery Address

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for re – shipping. In such cases, you may be required to bear the additional shipping costs.
